Loan pickers sa have no customer expertise

I received an email from loan picker sa, saying that I owe them R1250. I remember the name of this company as i had done a debit reversal when i saw 429 debited thay the end of January 2018.i called the call centre were i became very irritate with the consult as he didn't care to hear me out. They cant the call on me 3 times. Only to be told the same thing that i have to pay the outstanding amount to cancel this subscription which i did not even subscribe too. I see they have all my details on the email they sent to me. I told them immediately that could not be me has we had a family loss on that day. I started to cry as i was explaining what had happened and I am out of job. In the end only to be told by warren david that crying over the phone wont get me anywhere. That just broke me as I am going through a tough time financially. I couldnt believe someone could not have any sympathy. Warren david said all they could do is hand me over to the debt collectors, and that they only ppl that can help. I told him i dont need to be handed over as this will affect my ITC and chances of getting another job,to which he did not care. I was so angry, i said alot of harsh things but i guess what hurts most is when a follow human being doesnt care for anothers plight. Loan picker sa is not a customer friendly institution nor do they hear their customers needs, its only about worrying about themselves.
