I feel like they buried my children before I could bury them! Mr. Makua from Middelburg, Mpumalanga a father of the late 2x lovely girls who have been involved and died in the car accident on the 14/10/2016 states the following. Saturday at about 16:30 pm I was informed by the Banard Hospital that my daughter and her niece where involved in a motor vehicle collision, I then proceeded to the Hospital to confirm the incident.
Later that night I was then informed by the security guard that two passed on the scene at the collision scene as it was very late then I returned back home. On the 17/10/2016 Monday about 9:30 am I proceeded to Springs Hospital Government Mortuary in order to confirm the deaths. Upon my arrival at the mortuary I spoke to the manager by the name Godfrey who refused to give us his surname he confirmed the 2 deceased bodies and show them to me, then he demanded that we proceed to the next mortuary where they would issue us the 2x deceased bodies of my daughter and her niece. But what surprised us is that on our way to the other mortuary he changed his plans without the families concern and proceeded to the grave yard where they demanded a sum of R6600.00 from us so they can give us the bodies of our beloved daughter and niece.
It was very painful to Mr. Makua that he was forced to buy her daughters and niece's deceased bodies forcefully as he was told that if he don't give them the sum of money demanded by them, they would return the bodies to the mortuary. Due to desperation and the lateness of time for funeral arrangements he paid the sum of R6600.00 borrowing it from his cousin who met Mr. Makua at the N12. Mr. Makua then later went to Gauteng Commissioner of Crime detection and opened a case of the incident but till to day no arrests have been made! Please lets us expose crimes that haunt our communities.
I am very angry for this injustice, i don't know where South Africa's future is going... Please God let justice come.
