    Hello Rudi and Participants
On my desk is a presentation document of the said company and an entrepreneur wanting assistant from Government based on this and more that was shared by Rudi. The unfortunate this is that I was in the renewable space before and question the sheer volumes that would be transported and the amount of waste that would need be housed to produce this fuel for the number of distributors. It's pure madness. Bio-fuel are by-products and why sent plastic to them whereas you can convert it in your backyard and supply to the "client"?

Thanks for raising this awareness. If you have spent money - rather stop and cut your loses.

@710018 can you please give us clarity. Some of us we have paid registration fees and we have been getting updates of the new reactor that will be put up next month to produce this diesel. Just enlighten us as how did u come to that conclusion. Thank you.

Rudi I saw that in some documents they indicated a 35-40 % cheaper whereas in others they stick to 30 %. Another thing when they give the dates for payments they did not mention whether it's 15 business days or it's every days including weekends and holidays. It also supposed me when I asked the consultant who in her reply seemed not to be sure about what they mean with the dates.

@Musa, I suggest before you sign the contract and make further payment you should request the list of the clients they will assign to you. Call them and ask if this is legit and go to their premises to confirm their businesses.

The director of the company, Philani Ntuli, has been associated with defrauding other people previously. If you google him, you will see how he has defrauded other people.

Things that seem fishy to me:
    1. Why is the company requesting money upfront? If it is a reputable company, they would scan their applicants and finalize the numbers of applicants according to regional distributors before requesting money. By the time people realise its a scam, they would've lost their 15k and thats too late.
    2. The company says they will always be 30% cheaper than diesel. However they are promising R2.50 to distributors regardless of price fluctuations of diesel. Now thats an unfair deal because they could be making more money as the price of diesel increases.
    3. The are other small errors in their documents, for me if you are international company your documents must be professional.

If perhaps people are not convinced that this could be a scam, please go ahead and do research for yourselves about the director and the company.

I have applied to this company with R5000 want and I have the consultation on Wednesday in Johannesburg. A 20000 was a requirement to to finalise phase 1 registration.

Am I falling into the trap? What should I look for to know this is not legit. I checked with CIPC registration of the company. I found it being registerd and active. I phoned several times to their office and found them. Now they set up a meeting in their offices I Johannesburg at cnr William Nocol and Leslie Avenue. They have given me the appointment letter for distribution and a contract to read and sign. Which must be accompanied by R20000 registration fee.

What should I be looking for to know exactly that all is ok here.

    Hi Rudi

I would like to find out more about this company?

I was thinking myself to invest in this opportunity but found it a bit skeptical that they wanted a R15000 deposit up front with the application form.

Can you please assist me with what you experienced?

    Thank you
